FAQ 3
Our estimators issue detailed quotations, identifying all the items we have allowed for individually. This normally includes all the roof trusses, 3 blocks per bay, exterior shear blocks, truss to truss conections, shipping and taxes, optional pricing for interior shear blocks when requested.
FAQ 4
Yes, we can provide your single family, retail shells, hospitality or multifamly projects with Prefabricated Wall Panels, Engineered Wood Products, and Lumber Packages.

Once the quote and terms agreed and excepted , a signed contract. The follow may apply
  • All custom/one time jobs are not extended credit. Must pay 50% prior to design and pay in full prior to production.
  • New customers requesting credit will need to fill out credit application. The credit check process could take up to 10 days to clear. (click here to get credit application)
  • If granted credit, all jobs must have prelim information given to the credit department prior to production.

    We accept check, Cash,Visa, Master Card, American Express or a direct bank transfer.

    Existing Customers

    Contact your assigned Salesman with the following information.
  • Project and Truss identication
  • Lot Number, Unit Number, Plan, Phase.
  • Truss Repair or Truss Modification (click link for more information)
  • FAQ 9
    Notify your assigned sales person, supply the new construction documents, and allow California Trusframe to review for redesign, remedy and/or cost adjustment.

    Deliveries are booked via the Production Controller, who will normally give an indication of the day of delivery. We normally ring the day before delivery to confirm time of arrival on site. N.B. if we are required to meet a crane on site, or there are particular requirements or access restrictions for vehicles, we must be notified of these at time of order.
